Ensures website content supports business needs and delivers accurate and timely news to visitors on business activities.

Responsibilities
- Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Digital Content Management area.
- Develops actionable insights derived from project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for the Digital Content Management area.
- Designs website for consistency and consolidation to deliver a business communication and productivity tool that provides users with accurate and timely information.
- Drives ongoing site and content reviews, updates, and maintenance to ensure that communications content supports the needs of businesses and external users.
- Serves as executive editor of the website to ensure an appropriate mix of organizational news keeps visitors up to date on business activities, successes, and challenges.
- Acts as project manager for prototype development projects and collaborates with implementation resources to ensure prototype site goals are reflected in the final launched product.
- Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
