Overall Job Purpose: The Sr Mgr, Delivery Lead, PWM & Product Insights is accountable for predictable, secure, high-quality delivery execution within the Private Wealth Management (PWM) & Product Insights pod. This role manages dependencies and integration points with other pods and workstreams across Technology. The role drives delivery discipline, planning, and transparency for the PWM & Product Insights domain, translating priorities into achievable delivery forecasts, managing cross-pod dependencies, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with agreed scope, timing, and quality expectations. This is an influence-based, delivery-accountable role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is an asset.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in technology delivery/program execution across complex initiatives.
  • Delivery planning and forecasting (milestones, sequencing, and delivery health).
  • Cross-team dependency, risk, and issue management using influence and structured escalation.
  • Stakeholder communication and transparency (status, risks, decisions, and trade-offs).
  • Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence is required.
  • Familiar with leveraging GenAI and collaboration tools to boost productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of competitive and industry analysis workstreams supporting new product initiatives — managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder inputs so outputs land in time to inform product decisions and stay aligned to market trends and company objectives.
  • Maintain sufficient working knowledge of capital markets, asset categories, and investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives) to credibly plan, sequence, and manage delivery of strategic assessments produced with Product and Research SMEs.
  • Lead delivery of product launch efforts end-to-end — coordinating approval workflows, launch timelines, and training session logistics for new products.
  • Own status and steering-committee reporting for senior management — consolidating initiative progress, risks, and decisions into presentations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead project management and delivery governance for new and ongoing initiatives — forecasting, RAID management, and execution tracking to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
  • Own end-to-end delivery execution across assigned scope, ensuring committed work is delivered predictably, safely, and in line with agreed objectives and quality expectations.
  • Translate priorities into delivery plans, sequencing, and forecasts; surface constraints early and drive timely decisions and trade-offs.
  • Establish and maintain delivery cadence and lightweight governance (planning, checkpoints, metrics review), improving predictability and flow over time.
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments across pods, platforms, and partners; drive resolution and structured escalation where required.
  • Provide consistent delivery visibility (status, milestones, risks, forecast, dependency health) to stakeholders and enterprise partners.
  • Partner with enterprise stakeholders (Risk, InfoSec, Compliance, Privacy) to ensure delivery includes operational readiness, control alignment, and launch/transition planning.
  • Support delivery resource stewardship by contributing to estimation, capacity planning, vendor coordination, and delivery cost awareness within established guardrails.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented delivery culture aligned with ways of working and IGM values.
  • Participate in relevant chapter activities by sharing standards, tools, templates, and lessons learned to support consistent delivery practices.
