About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and execution-driven Senior Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for its Defense Tech business. This role involves translating Booz Allen’s cutting-edge Defense Tech capabilities into compelling, integrated marketing programs to strengthen market position and accelerate growth. It is a senior-level role with significant ownership, requiring the individual to shape campaign narratives, pressure-test with executive stakeholders, and drive campaigns to completion. The role demands fluidity between strategy setting and execution, and is ideal for a senior marketer who is energized by direct impact and possesses sufficient fluency in technology and defense, or experience marketing complex technical solutions, to engage effectively with engineers and executives. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing, and marketing defense or AI solutions from a tech or product company
  • Experience in product marketing and leading successful product launches
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with enterprise or government buying cycles and audiences
  • Experience navigating highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations without direct authority
  • Experience managing complex marketing budgets, including multi-channel planning and performance optimization
  • Experience leveraging data to inform strategy
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional executive presence, including influencing up, across, and out to align senior stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong analytical mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a Marketing field

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation best practices
  • Ability to connect marketing programs to sales motions and pipeline
  • Master's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel defense tech marketing campaign aligned to business priorities, leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, engagement, and product sales pipeline.
  • Partner with product, solution, and business leaders to shape differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate with enterprise and government buyers.
  • Collaborate across brand, digital, content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment, speed, and consistency in campaign delivery.
  • Engage, advise, and influence executive and business leaders, synthesizing inputs, cutting through ambiguity, and driving timely decisions to maintain campaign momentum.
  • Deliver success metrics, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize for impact across the funnel.
