About The Position

The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team - within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) - is the analytics engine powering Commercial customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. AIM develops insights, data products, and analytical solutions that shape smarter marketing and customer experiences. This role sits within AIM and supports Customer Acquisition Analytics for Corporate products, shaping how American Express uses data, advanced analytics, and emerging AI to transform our digital experience.
