About The Position

Signature Aviation is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science to join the company’s Data Science & Continuous Improvement (CI) team. As the operator of the largest network of fixed base operators (FBOs) in the world, Signature Aviation sits at the center of the aviation ecosystem with access to complex operational and commercial datasets. The Senior Manager, Data Science is responsible for unlocking the value of that data – transforming it into actionable insights, predictive capabilities, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational performance, guest experience, workforce optimization, and financial outcomes. This role serves as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership and people development with direct participation in technical solution development and delivery. The Senior Manager, Data Science will remain hands-on in the design and development of analytics solutions, data pipelines, ETL processes, machine learning models, and analytical frameworks while coaching and developing a high-performing team of Data Scientists, Senior Analysts, and Analysts. This leader will also develop collaborative relationships with leaders across the enterprise and ensure that data science solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Experience in data science and continuous improvement.
Experience in managing and developing a team of data scientists, senior analysts, and analysts.
Hands-on experience in the design and development of analytics solutions, data pipelines, ETL processes, machine learning models, and analytical frameworks.
Ability to develop collaborative relationships with leaders across the enterprise.
Understanding of how to ensure data science solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.
