About The Position

The Senior Manager, Data Center Security Engineering leads the physical security engineering team responsible for delivering, administering, and sustaining security technology across CoreWeave’s global data center footprint, colocation sites, and high-security environments. The role combines people management, security systems oversight, lifecycle planning, commissioning, compliance support, and cross-functional program coordination. The position manages engineers responsible for access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and related infrastructure. It establishes technical standards and system architecture, oversees operational health and maintenance, and ensures physical security systems are reliable, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise security and cybersecurity requirements. The role also supports audits and regulatory compliance, plans hardware replacement and technology onboarding, and coordinates implementation with project managers, contractors, integrators, vendors, and internal partners. As a bridge between Security, IT, and Facilities, this leader coordinates networking and server needs for physical security platforms, partners with teams on system performance and uptime, and governs operational procedures and documentation across the enterprise. The role supports policy development, incident investigations, system changes, and strategic planning. The position requires access to export-controlled information and is subject to the stated U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
