About The Position

This role is responsible for supervising a team of data professionals, making key decisions on hiring, performance, and development, and resolving complex challenges that span technical, operational, and organizational domains. The Senior Manager will oversee the creation of dashboards, segmentation models, and business case analyses that directly inform executive decision-making and drive business outcomes. This position involves developing and implementing end-to-end analytics processes, overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of data initiatives, and ensuring that analytics activities support the company's overall strategic direction. The role also requires resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges that extend beyond the immediate team and making impactful product, service, and process decisions that affect entire business functions. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and lead the development of tools and models is crucial. The Senior Manager will deliver high-quality analytics to business leaders, uphold standards of data quality, consistency, and clarity, and foster best practices in data management and continuous improvement within the department. Emphasis is placed on building high-performing teams, driving organizational change, and delivering strategic insights that influence decision making at all levels. The position may require travel to various unanticipated U.S. and International locations (10%).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Data Analytics- related occupation.
Five (5) years of experience in Power BI with analysis, programming, and reporting using data storage structures.
Five (5) years of experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Five (5) years of experience in interpretation of large sets of structured and unstructured data.
Five (5) years of experience with database concepts, SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
Five (5) years of experience developing automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and meaningful manner.
Five (5) years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib or Seaborn).
Five (5) years of experience in data analysis including data manipulation and statistical analysis.
Five (5) years of experience with statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
