Position Summary The Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Engineering leads the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the firm's enterprise data platforms and analytics capabilities. This role oversees data integration, analytics engineering, governance, and platform operations to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality data that supports firm leadership, attorneys, business professionals, and client service initiatives. As both a technical leader and trusted business partner, the Senior Manager translates complex business needs into actionable data solutions while leading a team responsible for modern data platforms, reporting, and enterprise analytics. The role partners closely with firm leadership and department heads to advance the firm's data strategy and analytics maturity. Experience in a law firm, professional services, or other complex, client-focused environment is strongly preferred.
