About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights at Fidelity Investments, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's analytics and AI strategy. This role combines traditional analytics and decision support with modern AI capabilities to transform how insights are generated and applied across the organization. You will tackle complex business problems, deliver actionable insights, and support decision-making for Finance and business leaders. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of the conversational analytics capability, Ask BPM, by developing reusable analytical frameworks in collaboration with Finance and Technology teams. This will enable users to interact with trusted data using natural language, generating insights more efficiently. The role challenges individuals to move beyond solving individual business questions to identifying patterns, synthesizing feedback, and translating knowledge into scalable analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related area.
  • 6 plus years of experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or another analytical field.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data management, and analytics practices.
  • Growing expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, HTML, Markdown, YAML, JSON, or similar technologies.
  • Strong data visualization skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy, operational context, and available data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships and collaborate across functions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced associates.
