About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, Cyber Operations Risk Management Operations (RMO), the Senior Manager, of Cyber Operations Risk Management Operations will provide comprehensive risk management and compliance oversight in support of all the Cyber Operations (CO) internationally. With strong risk management experience and expertise, you will partner closely with stakeholders within the CO team and across the Enterprise to drive effective risk management while ensuring the department meets and successfully delivers on its regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

  • University/College graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in GRC, Regulatory, Audit, or comparable risk management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving, challenging the status quo, and thinking outside the box.
  • Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and flexibly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to distill complex technical details into concise, consumable language.
  • Passionate about IT Risk Management.

Nice To Haves

  • One or more related professional designation such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP.
  • Strong experience responding to and/or participating in regulatory requests and exams.
  • Institutional knowledge and familiarity with RBC and CNB policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support audit and regulatory engagements.
  • Drive results and hold stakeholders accountable to bring tasks to closure, meeting risk and compliance obligations with high quality deliverables.
  • Provide risk and compliance guidance and advisory services.
  • Support teams throughout the lifecycle of their technical controls.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for control design and implementation.
  • Identify ongoing process improvements, operational gaps, and potential risk remediation steps.
