Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Data, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer acquisition, CRM, digital growth, customer experience, e-commerce, or commercial transformation.
  • Proven success developing acquisition strategies and delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, managing budgets, influencing senior stakeholders, and working with external partners.
  • Strong expertise in lead management, demand generation, conversion optimization, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled customer journeys, and portfolio management.
  • Strong financial, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a regulated environment.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise customer acquisition and lead management strategy aligned with commercial, brand, and customer experience goals.
  • Manage acquisition channels including paid, owned, earned, retail, field, events, partnerships, and emerging platforms to maximize growth, lead quality, compliance, and ROI.
  • Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including demand generation, qualification, nurturing, conversion, and performance optimization.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve funnel performance, customer experience, and conversion outcomes across channels.
  • Oversee acquisition technology, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, identity solutions, and sales integrations.
  • Partner with Product, Data, Technology, and external vendors to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Lead acquisition measurement, reporting, budget optimization, performance targets, and executive recommendations.
  • Align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail, Consumer Care, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to execute enterprise initiatives.
  • Manage agency and partner performance while ensuring privacy, regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management.
  • Monitor market, technology, and consumer trends to continuously evolve acquisition strategies.
