As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your main goal is to ensure SITA customers achieve success with our solutions and view SITA as a trusted business partner. You will lead a team of Customer Operations Managers, driving the adoption of Customer Success best practices, maximizing product value, and supporting customer retention and advocacy. You’ll also build strong customer relationships and act as a point of escalation when needed. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success for the Americas and is part of the GEO Customer Success Team. Frequent Travel (around 30% of travel within the US and to Canada).
