The Customer Growth Marketing team within GCS develops integrated marketing strategies across channels delivering customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch to drive high levels of product satisfaction and long-term engagement among our customers. The Sr. Manager, Customer Growth Direct Marketing will lead strategy, development, and implementation of revenue driving treatments across both our Charge and Lend Cards, in email and direct mail channels. This high-impact role has significant opportunities for exposure to leadership across GCS and will partner cross functionally across various teams including Channel Marketers, Product Management, Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Finance.
