This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Mississauga office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days. Overview: Reporting to the Director, Customer Business Development, this role is accountable for leading the development, coordination, and execution of the full customer business plan for Shoppers Drug Mart’s mass business, one of Revlon’s largest and most strategically important customer portfolios. The Senior Manager Customer Business Development serves as a key business leader, shaping an integrated Revlon and customer go-to-market strategy that drives profitable growth, strengthens customer partnerships, and delivers excellence in execution across head office and store environments. This role partners across multiple levels of the organization to influence decisions, align cross-functional teams, and ensure achievement of business objectives across a critical and complex mass-channel account.
