The Global Cross Border team is responsible for defining the cross border business strategy across travel and eCommerce and managing its execution across our five regions, working closely with market teams and cross-functional leaders around the world. Cross Border is a key pillar of Visa’s 2030 strategy and one of the largest growth opportunities for Visa. Equally, it faces many complex and interesting challenges, touching all areas of the business, including product, pricing, legal, regulation, marketing, client engagement, and partnership development. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our cross border business through initiatives focused on issuers, merchants, and end-consumers that deliver cross border travel growth and value creation. The successful candidate will work on innovative strategies that enhance our cross border travel value propositions and effectively target our global customer segments. By leveraging market insights, customer analytics, and competitive intelligence, this leader will develop and implement strategies across product, loyalty, offers, benefits, consulting, marketing services, and key customer segments. This role will interact extensively with regional, market, and product teams to ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals, driving near-term commercial impact and fostering long-term sustainable growth.
