The Senior Manager of Credentialing & Training Program Development is responsible for developing, planning, and executing new and existing programs and activities, primarily focusing on training and curriculum development for the NAA Education Institute’s assessment-based certificate programs. This role involves maintaining and administering the delivery of NAAEI core assessment-based certificate program curriculum and assessment content, including developing and implementing content updates and reviewing processes to ensure program relevancy. The position also entails the development and delivery of curricula, training course content, virtual activities like webinars, online courses, and reference materials. Additionally, the role includes managing volunteer teams for credential program assessment cycles and overseeing NAAEI’s instructor training programs, such as the Instructor Audit Program, Advanced Facilitator Training, and the NAAEI Faculty Program. The Senior Manager will also be involved in developing and implementing sales plans for National Training and Corporate Training programs and supporting general NAAEI marketing efforts.
