About The Position

As Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy you will play a crucial role in regularly partnering and engaging with executive leadership team, business unit leadership and other stakeholders to shape strategic direction, drive portfolio-level initiatives, navigate complex business environments and build disciplined strategy execution capabilities across the organization. With approximately 8+ of relevant experience, the Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy brings deep expertise in corporate and business-unit strategy, operating model design, and the ability to effectively guide matrixed project teams to deliver desired results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with a significant portion in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives and present recommendations in an executive setting.
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder strategy projects from conception through execution, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key thought partner in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new strategic business opportunities, with frequent exposure to and interaction with executive leadership.
  • Develop and deliver insightful market, competitive, and financial analyses to inform short- and long-term strategic planning; translate findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Develop robust business cases and financial models, including scenario analysis and forecasts, evaluate strategic options, quantify value creation, and support investment decisions.
  • Monitor performance of strategic initiatives against targets; track KPIs, identify risks and variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
  • Systematically scan, identify, and assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities by business, geography, and region, ensuring alignment with the enterprise strategic plan and portfolio priorities.
  • Conduct rigorous, fact-based analysis of market trends, customer requirements, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, technology advancements, and new product innovations.
  • Support corporate development efforts including target screening, due diligence, deal structuring, partnerships, and post-merger integration.
  • Partner with business leaders and Project Managers to scope, design, and execute large-scale transformation initiatives that align with the strategic plan and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Apply disciplined project and program management practices to develop charters, detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk/issue logs; track progress against milestones and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Develop compelling written communications (white-papers, PowerPoint) to gain alignment and approval from C-suite.
