Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree
• 5 plus years in category management, data analysis, consumer insights or related experience
• Experience in Retail Grocery Category Management
• Extensive experience synthesizing information from large data sets from multiple sources (internal/vendor/syndicated industry)
• Expert knowledge in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that serves as an internal business consultant building Albertsons customer focused strategy.
• Mine multiple sources of internal and external data to derive meaningful insights (internal data bases, IRI, Nielsen and Customer Data).
• Review data, identify critical information, analyze and develop hypothesis to make recommendations to broader audience.
• Combine analytical expertise and research to answer and deliver insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
• Communicate and influence so consumer insights are at the core of decisions and ensure you are the fact-based, independent and unbiased voice in all conversations.
• Build deep understanding of the business to appropriately develop meaningful dashboards & insights.
