About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to serve as a key financial leader supporting executive and board-level decision-making. This role owns critical corporate consolidation and reporting processes, including P&L consolidation, operating cash flow, and stock-based compensation, while also managing a distributed team. The ideal candidate moves fluidly between granular financial detail and executive-level synthesis, partners effectively across cross functional organizations, and brings a strong bias toward automation, AI-enablement, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or corporate finance, including hands-on P&L consolidation and cash flow analysis.
  • Prior experience managing people, ideally across distributed/global teams.
  • Experience supporting board-level reporting cycles and guidance process for a public company.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to work bottoms-up from ambiguous problem statements to structured, data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present to senior executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor, with a genuine willingness and agility to learn, adopt, and integrate new tools as they emerge.
  • High degree of comfort with fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong systems and data proficiency, with the ability to clean, interpret, and operationalize data from multiple sources.
  • Track record of leading process automation or efficiency initiatives within FP&A, particularly using AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L consolidation, operating cash flow analysis, and stock-based compensation reporting.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and how key metrics and drivers move and interact across them.
  • Drive accurate forecasts for OCF by collaborating with AP, AR and accounting functions.
  • Own SBC forecast at a detailed level and enable live updates to forecasts.
  • Ensure data integrity while translating detailed financial data into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Orchestrate the quarter-end close process in close partnership with accounting.
  • Drive the corporate forecast and guidance process with continuous process improvement and acceleration.
  • Build and refine content for the Board of Directors deck.
  • Act as the connective “glue” integrating top-line (revenue) metrics with spend metrics to deliver a holistic view to finance leadership.
  • Present findings in an executive-consumable format that drives actionable insights.
  • Leverage strong systems knowledge to extract, clean, and interpret financial data efficiently.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement FP&A best practices.
  • Bring a high affinity for AI tools; proactively identify opportunities to scale and automate manual reporting and analysis processes.
  • Operate with speed and agility, moving quickly from problem statement to bottoms-up, data-driven solution, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Directly manage and develop team members based in Pleasanton, CA and Costa Rica.
  • Partner effectively with cross functional teams, effectively influence to achieve business outcomes.
  • Communicate with crystal clarity across all levels, including senior executive audiences.
  • Bring strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating amid ambiguity.
