About The Position

The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Integration will serve as a key member of the finance organization, leading the financial and operational integration of newly acquired companies. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role bridges the gap between deal execution and post-acquisition value realization. This is a high-impact, hands-on position that combines strategic thinking, project management, and tactical execution. The successful candidate will drive design integration plans, harmonize financial systems and processes, and ensure seamless transitions that support our goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, corporate development, acquisitions integration, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives and financial due diligence activities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, ERP systems, and U.S. GAAP.
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias for action and results delivery.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas at this time.

  • CPA and/or MBA.
  • Experience within private equity-backed organizations.
  • Background in Big Four public accounting or top-tier finance consulting.
  • Experience supporting organizations through public-company readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance integration activities for acquired companies, including financial reporting, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, controls, and related finance functions.
  • Develop and execute integration plans, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Align acquired businesses with Loenbro's financial policies, internal controls, reporting requirements, banking structures, insurance programs, and ERP platforms.
  • Conduct financial and operational due diligence on acquisition targets, identifying risks, synergies, and integration considerations.
  • Lead financial systems integration efforts, including ERP migrations, chart of accounts mapping, data conversion, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Partner with finance leadership to provide data-driven recommendations, support planning and reporting activities, and drive post-acquisition value creation.
