About The Position

Autodesk's Technical Advisory organization is transforming how implementation expertise reaches customers. We are building a systematic capability to capture, structure, and publish innovation and implementation expertise as scalable digital content through our digital offerings. The Senior Manager, Content & Knowledge will lead the team responsible for this end-to-end knowledge pipeline — from capturing field intelligence through customer-facing publication. Reporting to the Director of Platform & Productization within Global Delivery & Solutions, you will manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately analysts and specialists who form the critical bridge between consulting delivery and the digital platform. In the first year, you will prove the knowledge pipeline works — capturing implementation expertise from consulting engagements and publishing the first customer-facing knowledge assets through the platform. You will also establish the quality standards and lifecycle governance — capture, validate, publish, retire — that make knowledge trustworthy at scale. This is a building role. You will define the processes, quality standards, and success metrics for a maturing capability at Autodesk. The right person brings both intellectual rigor about knowledge management and practical instincts about what consultants will actually adopt.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in information management, knowledge management, content strategy, consulting delivery, or a related field with progressive responsibility

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

  • Is experienced in working with engineering and product teams to translate content requirements into platform features
  • Has familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, operations (AECO), manufacturing, or media and entertainment industries
  • Is energized by building something new

  • Establish lifecycle governance for knowledge assets: capture, validation, publication, versioning, and retirement, ensuring content remains accurate and current as Autodesk products and customer practices evolve
  • Partner with consulting delivery leadership globally to drive knowledge contribution adoption, designing incentives and workflows that embed capture into the natural rhythm of engagements Knowledge Synthesis and Publication
  • Lead the team that synthesizes across multiple implementation records to identify patterns, create structured knowledge assets, and prepare content in the platform data model

  • Lead, develop, and grow a new content and knowledge team, establishing role clarity and career paths for a discipline that is new within our organization
  • Hire and onboard new team members as the function scales
  • Coordinate with Architecture and Engineering on knowledge data model requirements and ingestion pipeline design — you own what knowledge looks like, they own how it's stored and served
