The Senior Manager Consumer Insights (Hybrid-Stamford, CT) leads data-driven consumer and shopper insights to inform go-to-market strategy and unlock growth for Philips Personal Health in North America. This role involves partnering cross-functionally across brand, marketing, shopper, sales, and category management to influence business strategy and execution. It also requires collaboration with global Business Unit partners and Centers of Excellence to align global research plans with North America needs and ensure strong market understanding. The individual will develop and execute the regional research plan, synthesize insights across various data sources, and deliver executive-ready implications and selling stories that establish category, brand, and retailer thought leadership.
