About The Position

The Senior Manager Consumer Insights role at Philips Personal Health in North America is responsible for leading data-driven consumer and shopper insights to inform go-to-market strategy and unlock growth. This position involves cross-functional partnership with brand, marketing, shopper, sales, and category management teams to influence business strategy and execution. The incumbent will also collaborate with global Business Unit partners and Centers of Excellence to align global research plans with North America's specific needs and ensure a strong understanding of the market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the regional research plan, synthesizing insights from various data sources, and delivering executive-ready implications and selling stories that establish category, brand, and retailer thought leadership. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer and/or shopper insights, analytics, or marketing research
  • Designing and applying a range of custom research methodologies and analytics
  • Extracting insights from both custom and syndicated research
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to connect the dots across data sources and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Skilled in storytelling, data visualization, and executive-level communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.

  • Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Experience with manufacturers and/or retailers a plus
