The Senior Manager Consumer Insights role at Philips Personal Health in North America is responsible for leading data-driven consumer and shopper insights to inform go-to-market strategy and unlock growth. This position involves cross-functional partnership with brand, marketing, shopper, sales, and category management teams to influence business strategy and execution. The incumbent will also collaborate with global Business Unit partners and Centers of Excellence to align global research plans with North America's specific needs and ensure a strong understanding of the market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the regional research plan, synthesizing insights from various data sources, and delivering executive-ready implications and selling stories that establish category, brand, and retailer thought leadership.
