Requirements
- 10+ years in business analysis or consulting experience is a must
- Experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
- Experience in managing a team of consultants with a varied skill set
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-making
- Bilingual English/French
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Data concepts (data models, ETL, BI)
- Strong PowerPoint storytelling & Excel skills

Responsibilities
- Drive Business Impact: Break down complex problems and identify opportunities, Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value, Build business cases and support value realization
- Lead Client Engagements: Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions, Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams, Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions, Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations, Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers
- Bridge Business & Technology: Gather and translate business & data requirements, Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs, Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams
- Drive Execution Excellence: Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning
- Lead & Contribute: Mentor junior team members, Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership, Support business development and proposal efforts
