We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and technology. This is more than a traditional BA role — you will shape decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive real business impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business analysis or consulting experience is a must
  • Experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
  • Experience in managing a team of consultants with a varied skill set
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-making
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Data concepts (data models, ETL, BI)
  • Strong PowerPoint storytelling & Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Impact: Break down complex problems and identify opportunities, Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value, Build business cases and support value realization
  • Lead Client Engagements: Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions, Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams, Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions, Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations, Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers
  • Bridge Business & Technology: Gather and translate business & data requirements, Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs, Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams
  • Drive Execution Excellence: Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning
  • Lead & Contribute: Mentor junior team members, Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership, Support business development and proposal efforts
