About The Position

As a Senior Manager of Compensation, you will play a critical part in the execution, governance, and continuous enhancement of Fidelity's Executive Compensation and Shareholder programs. As a key member of the Executive Compensation team, you will leverage your expertise in compensation analysis, program management, executive compensation administration, and cross-functional partnership to support compensation programs across the organization. This position also plays an important role in supporting executive compensation governance, compliance, and risk management activities. You will be responsible for analyzing complex compensation data, supporting executive compensation processes and initiatives, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives. This role requires elevated analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a highly visible and regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of related work experience, preferably in HR or Compensation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in learning new tools
  • Understanding of internal HR tools such as Workday, WIA/WFDL, and Compensation Planner
  • Experience utilizing external market data and compensation survey sources
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable conclusions
  • High degree of accuracy and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work across a large organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials
  • Ability to listen and respond effectively to information, and to give and receive feedback
