About The Position

The Senior Manager of Communications is responsible for shaping and elevating Pursuit Aerospace’s narrative across internal and external audiences. This leader will develop a cohesive storytelling strategy that highlights Pursuit Aerospace’s mission, values, technological innovation, and growth trajectory. They will serve as a key guardian of the company’s voice, ensuring unified and impactful messaging across all communication channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant field
8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that clearly articulates Pursuit Aerospace’s story, culture, and long-term vision.
Craft engaging narratives for executive communications, marketing materials, press releases, digital content, social media, and customer-facing messaging.
Partner closely with executive leadership to position the company’s brand, milestones, and transformation initiatives.
Lead proactive storytelling efforts, identifying opportunities to highlight innovation, operations excellence, employee achievements, and strategic partnerships.
Manage internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and cultural cohesion.
Oversee media relations strategy, including drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and cultivating relationships with key industry outlets.
Ensure consistent voice and message discipline across all internal and external channels.
Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to support change management communications and narrative frameworks.
Track communication performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy.
Manage communication tools, platforms, and resources to modernize and enhance reach and effectiveness.
