This individual will be part of a key launch upcoming for Teva. Responsibilities around the launch will include: Coordinate Launch Readiness Activities by Leading or support initiatives like POA meetings, workshops, and certification programs to ensure field force preparedness for launching medication. Will also lead the ongoing development, implementation, and assessment of programs and initiatives that enhance and leverage psychiatry knowledge throughout both sales teams. Partnering with sales and marketing leadership, this individual will identify needs and/or development opportunities and address them with learning solutions that enhance the personal and professional effectiveness of the sales force and sales management. This individual will also align with sales and marketing leadership in planning to launch solutions at optimal times and in overseeing the use of strategic communications to ensure maximum “uptake” of programs. Programs may include those for new hire training, existing sales force, POAs, and mass model activities to ensure consistency. Execute blended training programs at new hire training, national meetings, regional meetings, and other events. Coach, teach and train sales associates during training events. Assist field managers in ongoing development of their representatives by providing written and verbal feedback. Evaluate classroom curriculum and work with training leadership to keep training current and relevant for the field. Stay current with training trends by attending professional meetings and trainer development events. Suggest solutions that align with the strategic priorities of the overall organization. Understand the regulatory environment for each branded solution and follow proper approval processes. Exemplify excellent vendor management skills for optimal and on-time, on-target solutions. Leverage emerging training innovations when appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.
