Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in program and project management
Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
Lead a team of program managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
Oversee program budgets, resources, and risk mitigation efforts.
Track and report program progress and key performance indicators.
Oversee and manage vendor relationships for outsourced program components.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation.
Ensure that program scope is clearly defined, understood, and adhered to throughout the project.
