About The Position
The Senior Manager, Copay and eCopay Programs is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and optimization of Alkermes’ patient affordability programs, including traditional copay assistance and digital eCopay solutions. This role ensures patient access to therapies through compliant, efficient, and patient-centric financial support programs. This role requires deep expertise in copay program operations, vendor management, patient journey design, and compliance within the evolving regulatory landscape. The Senior Manager, Copay and eCopay Programs will partner cross-functionally across Market Access, Brand, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, and external vendors to drive program performance, innovation, and scalability.

- Ensuring patient access to therapies through compliant, efficient, and patient-centric financial support programs.
- Partnering cross-functionally across Market Access, Brand, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, and external vendors to drive program performance, innovation, and scalability.
