About The Position

Provide pro-active and effective real estate management for the Private Bank, consisting of estates, guardianships and trusts. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Real estate salesperson license or course work completed for license.
Minimum of five years’ work related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent organization skills for multi-tasking.
Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 130+ residential, commercial farmland and vacant land properties.
Coordinate all aspects of property management within highly dynamic administration, service and business environments.
Assume leadership role in the oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases.
Provide articulate, reasoned and concise communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, third-party managers and other service providers.
Provide oversight services for multiple renovations, modification and repair projects simultaneously, from inception through completion.
Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court.
