Carrum Health,
$125,000 - $145,000Remote

About The Position

At Carrum, we are transforming the healthcare system to create an unmatched patient experience, focusing on eliminating surprise bills, poor quality, and high prices within an entrepreneurial, cutting-edge environment. Carrum reinvented the Centers of Excellence (COE) category in digital health, with providers ranking in the top 10% nationally. We are seeking an experienced leader in clinical programs to help scale and grow our evolving service lines. The Senior Manager, Clinical Programs will play a critical role in our success. Reporting to the Director of Patient Care, this role will own our emerging service lines of Cardiology and Substance Use Disorder. The individual will be crucial in architecting clinical frameworks that define our standard of care, ensuring industry-leading patient outcomes and seamlessly scalable operations. Responsibilities include the end-to-end lifecycle of these programs, from clinical protocol design to cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of hustling, creating, and implementing within a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • Strong skills working with cross-functional stakeholders; you speak "Product" as fluently as you speak "Patient."
  • 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a mandatory background in Substance Use Disorder and a current RN license.
  • Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company; you understand how to scale while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Track record in program development - you don't just follow the playbook; you write it.
  • Ability to move between high-level strategic planning and "in the weeds" operational troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining a relentless focus on data-driven clinical outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful - As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.

Nice To Haves

  • A strong clinical background in Cardiology or holding cardiology-specific certifications is a major asset that will help you design and elevate our premier clinical service lines.

  • Regularly collaborate with Product, Growth, Commercial, Client Success, and Provider Support to ensure clinical integrity meets business velocity.
  • Bridge the gap between clinical excellence and non-clinical operational efficiency.

  • Advocate for a holistic approach to patient care that addresses both physical and behavioral health needs.
