About The Position

The Senior Manager Clinical Laboratory is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, regulatory compliance, quality performance, financial stewardship, workforce management, policy oversight, and operational effectiveness of an acute care hospital laboratory. The Senior Manager develops, implements, and maintains departmental policies, procedures, and programs that support quality improvement, accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and employee safety. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License.
• 5 years of experience in all areas of the clinical laboratory.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in all areas of the clinical laboratory.
• 7 years of leadership or management experience.
