About The Position

The Clinic Manager III provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic. Responsible for financial, quality, service, and engagement management processes with accountability for overall performance to established targets. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. Participates in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health or business related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare management, physician practice management and/or clinical operations.
• 5 years of demonstrated progression of responsibility in leadership/management roles.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree
• Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.
• Multi-specialty clinic management.
