About The Position

Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded. Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXC’s various offerings can address them. Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies. Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary. Provide regular status updates on account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • 15 years relevant experience
  • Active PMP or PgMP
  • Active SECRET Clearance
  • Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.
