This role leads a large-scale Civil Construction organization supporting transmission line and substation projects. The position oversees a team of ~260 bargaining and non-bargaining employees and delivers projects ranging from $10K to $10M. Partner closely with engineering, project management, supply chain, and operations to ensure construction readiness, while managing contractor resources and balancing internal and external crews. This role requires strong prioritization skills, the ability to adapt to emergent work, and execution across a complex capital portfolio. Position Summary Standard Operations Position. Responsible for leading a safe, high performing operations team which may include multiple levels, functions, facilities, and/or commodities while driving the efficient use of resources. Establish a culture of process adherence and continuous improvement. Effectively lead and implement daily operations, cyclical processes and special projects. Set and achieve business area goals that align with corporate and business unit strategies, goals and objectives, as well as process and performance, customer satisfaction, and reliability metrics.
