  • New Product Launch (NPL) Resets: Drive timely execution of seasonal resets and major NPL launches, ensuring synchronized floor readiness aligned with national marketing campaigns, commercial launch dates, and promotional windows
  • Pilot & Prototyping Validation: Oversee field prototyping, test installations, and time-and-motion studies for new fixture concepts to validate build quality, install efficiency, electrical/network compliance, and ease of maintenance prior to mass deployment
  • Vendor Ecosystem Leadership: Manage relationships, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for fixture fabricators, logistics/warehousing partners, and national 3rd-party installation and field labor agencies
  • SLA & Performance Governance: Establish rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and scorecards governing installation completion rates, first-time-right percentages, punch-list turnaround, and safety compliance
  • Escalation & Issue Resolution: Serve as the central operational escalation point for field-level issues (e.g., missing hardware, store-level access restrictions, structural discrepancies) to minimize retail disruption
  • Value Engineering: Partner with procurement and design teams to identify value-engineering opportunities in fixture construction, packaging, and installation methodologies without sacrificing brand equity
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the deployment and installation MDF budget, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate Purchase Order (PO) administration, invoice reconciliation, and regular variance reporting
  • Real-Time Visibility & Reporting: Leverage digital retail execution platforms and automated reporting dashboards to track installation progress, survey verification photos, and store-level sign-offs in real time
  • Audit & Compliance Management: Execute post-installation compliance audits across store fleets, driving rapid remediation for punch-list items and maintaining pristine visual merchandising standards
