About Finance Transformation & Services The Finance Transformation & Services team supports operations across core service verticals, including Finance Transformation, Claims Services, and Contact Centers to ensure the organization meets its critical goals. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing enterprise level priorities and supporting the leadership team. What you'll do... Support strategic initiatives across Finance Transformation, WCS, and CES by coordinating workstreams, identifying critical actions, and ensuring timely progression. Build and maintain leadership‑ready materials, insights, and briefings to support decision‑making. Partner cross‑functionally to remove barriers, clarify expectations, and maintain alignment across teams. Monitor progress against objectives, escalating risks and proposing solutions to drive forward momentum. Support the Chief of Staff office with operational rhythms, planning cycles, and executive communications. What you’ll bring: 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, PMO, or similar roles supporting cross‑functional work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Clear communication and structured storytelling skills, including building leadership‑ready content. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and support leaders in navigating change. Experience within transformation, shared services, or Chief of Staff environments is a plus.
