What You'll Do… Oversee multiple business plans and projects, removing barriers and ensuring resources are in place for success. Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, building a team-based environment and promoting a sense of belonging. Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards, and support the Open Door Policy. Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of business programs, consulting with stakeholders and supporting community outreach. Lead change initiatives, manage process improvements, and drive cross-functional strategies from planning to execution.
