About The Position
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Business Strategy to support strategic execution across Finance Transformation, Claims Services (WCS), and Contact Centers (CES). As a key partner to the Chief of Staff office, this role helps drive momentum on high priority work, strengthens cross functional coordination, and ensures leaders have the insights, support, and structure needed to achieve their objectives in a dynamic operating environment. About Finance Transformation & Services The Finance Transformation & Services team supports operations across core service verticals, including Finance Transformation, Claims Services, and Contact Centers to ensure the organization meets its critical goals. We connect strategy to execution by enabling leadership decision making, strengthening cross functional alignment, and ensuring key workstreams deliver measurable impact. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing enterprise level priorities and supporting the leadership team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, PMO, or similar roles supporting cross‑functional work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Clear communication and structured storytelling skills, including building leadership‑ready content.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and support leaders in navigating change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives across Finance Transformation, WCS, and CES by coordinating workstreams, identifying critical actions, and ensuring timely progression.
- Build and maintain leadership‑ready materials, insights, and briefings to support decision‑making.
- Partner cross‑functionally to remove barriers, clarify expectations, and maintain alignment across teams.
- Monitor progress against objectives, escalating risks and proposing solutions to drive forward momentum.
- Support the Chief of Staff office with operational rhythms, planning cycles, and executive communications.
