This role plays a pivotal part in advancing enterprise level priorities and supporting the leadership team. What you'll do... Drive strategic planning, operational rhythms, and leadership alignment across Finance Transformation, WCS, and CES to progress organizational goals. Serve as an extension of the Chief of Staff office, managing cross‑pillar initiatives, executive communications, and leadership preparation. Lead complex problem‑solving efforts, translating strategic objectives into actionable workplans that enable pillar leaders to execute effectively. Develop decision‑ready materials, insights, and recommendations for officer‑level audiences. Anticipate risks, capacity constraints, and organizational volatility, proactively shaping plans and adjustments to keep work moving forward. What you’ll bring: 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, PMO, transformation, consulting, or relevant cross‑functional leadership roles. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive clarity in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments. Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft executive‑ready content. Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives that require cross‑functional alignment and decision‑making. Experience supporting or operating within Chief of Staff‑type roles strongly preferred.
