About The Position
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position requires overseeing multiple projects, driving process efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. About the team: The Spark Driver Earnings team ensures precise calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. This team plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement. By delivering data-driven insights and collaborating with stakeholders, the team supports effective business strategies that enhance driver experience and manage company risk. Their work fosters operational efficiency and accuracy, contributing to the overall success and integrity of the organization’s financial and compliance objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
