About The Position

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing serves as a strategic leader and brand steward at the enterprise level. You will partner with corporate leadership, property marketing teams, creative services, media partners, and agencies to ensure that MGM Resorts’ brand positioning is clear, consistent, and aligned with long-term business objectives. You’ll lead large-scale initiatives, shape portfolio storytelling, and guide high-priority campaigns that span multiple properties and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in casino, hospitality, marketing, or related industry
  • Expert-level project management skills with ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans that translate vision into actionable tactics
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across a large organization
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a resort or multi-property environment preferred
  • Background in project management preferred
  • Experience across multiple marketing functions with knowledge of campaign finance and performance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of integrated marketing strategies that support enterprise brand goals and company-wide business objectives
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams, creative services, media, and agency partners to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives
  • Contribute to corporate brand planning, including seasonal campaigns, portfolio storytelling, brand architecture, and enterprise partnerships
  • Oversee execution of high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives
  • Champion brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Provide strategic oversight for campaign planning, messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and activation roadmaps
  • Evaluate marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and resource allocation
  • Guide stakeholders through corporate marketing protocols, creative processes, and strategic reviews
  • Monitor consumer trends, digital innovation, and marketing best practices to inform enterprise strategy
