About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Brand Marketing Manager to support high‑visibility brand initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in shaping how the world experiences and understands the Meta brand—particularly as the company accelerates its investment in AI and culturally relevant storytelling. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail‑oriented marketer who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing complex workflows, and driving alignment across cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and keep teams aligned.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Creative, Media, Insights, Partnerships, and Comms teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience working in both agency and in‑house environments.
  • Background in large technology companies, AI marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
  • Comfort navigating complex socialization processes and building alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across Meta and Meta AI.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Media, Measurement, and Insights teams to enable campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage cross‑functional workflows, ensuring teams remain aligned to timelines, deliverables, and workback plans.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, creative development, and go-to-market planning.
  • Support partnership initiatives that elevate the Meta brand within cultural and consumer contexts.
  • Help drive internal socialization of campaign plans, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs in a dynamic environment.
