As Sr. Manager of Brand Strategy & Planning, you will shape and scale the long-term vision of Member’s Mark, ensuring it shows up as a differentiated, premium, and trusted brand across every touchpoint—especially within our rapidly growing digital ecosystem. This is a highly visible role where you’ll connect brand strategy to execution, influencing how members discover, engage with, and ultimately choose Member’s Mark. You’ll operate as both a brand strategist and business driver—bringing together insights, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to elevate brand perception, strengthen digital performance, and unlock the next phase of growth. About the team: The Member's Mark Brand Strategy & Operations team leads the development and activation of our brand vision. Serving as the central hub for brand strategy, planning, and execution, the team aligns cross-functional partners to ensure consistent brand presence across marketing, digital, and experiential platforms. This collaborative group drives business plans, monitors brand performance, and supports communication strategies that enhance customer engagement. With a focus on strategic leadership and operational excellence, the team fosters a results-oriented environment that advances brand growth and delivers value across multiple channels.
