We are committed to scaling Box Consulting to $100M in ~3 years, and we're searching for an exceptional operations strategy leader to accelerate and drive this growth trajectory. In this role, you'll join a team at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping how Box delivers value to customers through its services organization. You'll partner closely with Consulting leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, and other go-to-market teams to ensure the organization operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company objectives. Leading a high-performing team responsible for forecasting, planning, reporting, and process optimization, you'll serve as the operational backbone that enables our services business to scale effectively and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Your work will directly influence how we plan, deliver, and expand our Professional Services business, driving operational excellence as we continue to grow.
