This role serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, ensuring benefit program effectiveness, HRIS data integrity, compliance, and a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. The Senior Manager will oversee benefits and HRIS programs, lead process improvement initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to support the company's people strategy.
