Famehouse, a division of UMG, specializes in D2C solutions, connecting artists with their fans through strategy, creative, merchandising, fulfillment, customer service, and technology. This role is based in New York City and reports into Famehouse while being embedded within Republic Records and Universal Records teams. The Senior Manager, Audience Development will lead CRM efforts for the label's artist roster, focusing on deepening artist-to-fan relationships through owned audience marketing campaigns. This involves data acquisition, segmentation, campaign delivery, analysis, and optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with expertise in CRM, fan engagement, e-commerce, and artist brand building, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, prioritizing both fan experience and commercial outcomes. This position manages a team of two and is responsible for scaling CRM capabilities, building segmentation strategies, and leveraging insights to enhance fan experience and maximize lifetime value, while partnering cross-functionally to align CRM initiatives with label and artist objectives.
