About The Position

Our Winnipeg office is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Assurance team. This role involves managing a portfolio of audit projects for Private or NPO organizations, efficiently preparing year-end audit engagements, and performing audits on a variety of clients while preparing working papers per regulatory standards. The Senior Manager will also build positive working relationships with clients, participate in business development initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and effectively communicate with team members regarding progress and issues. Additionally, the role includes engaging in training staff and investing in the professional development of the team.

Requirements

Completed CPA designation
At least 5 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry
In depth experience in relation to ASPE or ASNPO files
Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
Display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities
