Building upon the positive results and compelling data from our Phase 2b X-TOLE study in adult patients with focal epilepsy, our Phase 3 epilepsy program includes multiple clinical trials evaluating azetukalner in patients with focal onset seizures and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures. In November 2025, we announced the completion of patient enrollment in our Phase 3 X-TOLE2 study, and topline data are anticipated in March 2026. We also have multiple Phase 3 azetukalner clinical trials in major depressive disorder (MDD) and bipolar depression (BPD) underway, based on topline data from our Phase 2 X-NOVA clinical trial. We are seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Access Marketing, to join our team. This person will be an integral member of the US Market Access team, responsible for executing the azetukalner access strategy to ensure payer and patient access. This role will play a significant role in the development and execution of the payer value proposition through various market access channels and the patient services marketing materials needed to support patient access. This individual will play a pivotal role in orchestrating communication and alignment across the market access, marketing, and sales to ensure optimal azetukalner coverage and pull-through efforts. Externally, this individual must successfully partner with various agencies to effectively lead the implementation of access marketing strategies and tactical plans. This position reports to the Director of Value & Access and will be based out of Boston, MA, USA in our Needham office. We will consider other jurisdictions for exceptional candidates. The level of the position will be commensurate with the candidate’s education and industry experience. This role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
