About The Position

The Sr Manager, Asset Protection Equipment and Technology leads the strategy, design, development and execution of VF’s global asset protection technology ecosystem. This role develops and manages a clear technology roadmap and ensures systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs while protecting people, products, and assets. This role sets the long-term vision for asset protection technology at VF. By modernizing platforms, standardizing solutions, and using data-driven insights, this leader enables proactive loss prevention and safer environments across the enterprise.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in asset protection or security technology leadership.
Experience building and executing enterprise technology strategies.
Experience supporting multi-site, geographically distributed operations.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead the global strategy for asset protection equipment and technology across VF facilities.
Manage the end-to-end technology roadmap from assessment through implementation.
Lead selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of security technologies.
Establish global standards and governance for AP technology.
Partner closely with IT to ensure secure system integration and data privacy.
Manage capital and operating budgets for AP technology programs.
Lead vendor strategy including RFPs and performance management.
Monitor emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions.
Develop metrics to measure system effectiveness and ROI.
Support investigations and incident response through reliable technology tools.
